By accessing or purchasing from https://officialunemployedapparel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS
All products are custom print-on-demand items produced specifically for your order after purchase. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing process.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because all items are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days at support@officialunemployedapparel.com with photos.
SHIPPING
Orders are produced within 2-3 business days and shipped within 5-12 business days depending on shipping method. Shipping times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unemployed Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
